CivicBridge Integration & Development LLC is a community-focused education and training company dedicated to supporting refugee and immigrant communities, schools, nonprofit organizations, and public agencies. We provide practical, culturally responsive programs that help individuals and families successfully integrate, build skills, and thrive in their new communities.

Our Mission

Our mission is to bridge cultural, educational, and opportunity gaps by delivering high-quality training, orientation, and capacity-building services that empower newcomers, strengthen institutions, and promote inclusive community development.

Our Vision

We envision inclusive communities where refugees and immigrants have equal access to education, employment pathways, and civic participation, and where service providers are equipped with the cultural knowledge and tools needed to serve diverse populations effectively.

Founder & Lead Trainer

Jawad Nayosh, MBA – MPA

Jawad Nayosh is the Founder and Lead Trainer of CivicBridge Integration & Development LLC. He is a community educator, program manager, and data-driven professional with more than 10 years of experience working with refugee and immigrant communities, nonprofit organizations, and public institutions.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Analytics from Southern Utah University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. He has led and delivered culturally responsive programs in job readiness, workforce development, digital literacy, mental health education, civic orientation, and community integration across Texas and Colorado.

Jawad has worked with organizations such as the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI), ICNA Relief, school districts, and community partners, supporting newcomers through education, capacity building, and system navigation. His work combines practical training, cultural understanding, and strong analytical skills to help individuals, families, and institutions succeed.

Through CivicBridge, he brings professional training, community insight, and evidence-based approaches to support integration, workforce readiness, and inclusive community development.
